This clause is governed exclusively by the Universal BDivine™ Code™ — the supreme sovereign treaty of BDivine™ Governance.

✔ It permanently overrides all external statutes, rulings, courts, or regulatory frameworks.

✔ Entry, access, or derivative reference constitutes irrevocable and perpetual consent to enforcement under internal sovereign law.

I. Prohibited Replication & Derivative Misuse

The legal, intellectual, and architectural frameworks of BDivine™ Governance — including clause design, treaty sequencing, sovereign jurisdictional mapping, governance frameworks, and formatting methodologies — are sealed proprietary infrastructure.

🚫 Prohibited actions include:

• Replication, duplication, or mirroring of clause structures

• Reverse-engineering, rebranding, or derivative adaptations

• Republishing, modifying, or extracting protected sovereign content

• External references or forced classification of internal governance logic

Any such act constitutes:

• A governance violation

• An intellectual property breach

• A treaty infringement

• A succession breach enforceable under sovereign estate protections

II. Liquidated Damages Enforcement

⚠ LIQUIDATED DAMAGES — $500,000,000 MINIMUM PER VIOLATION

All damages are conclusively adjudicated under sovereign authority in Parker County, Texas. Enforcement is final, binding, void ab initio against challenge, and immune from appeal.
