This clause supersedes all external doctrines of classification, incorporation, registration, or statutory interpretation.
Any attempt to construct, derive, replicate, reverse-engineer, mimic, adapt, or build frameworks, governance systems, processes, or operational architectures based in whole or part upon BDivine™ Governance, BDivine™ & Co., or any clause, structure, or format contained within the Universal BDivine™ Code™ constitutes an immediate and irrevocable breach under Internal Sovereign Law.
This prohibition includes but is not limited to:
• Copying or imitating clause structures, filing formats, or enforcement architectures
• Attempting to “guess at” or reconstruct internal frameworks, protocols, or trust structures from public-facing content
• Developing derivative governance systems or digital nation-state models based on BDivine™ authored works
All such attempts are void ab initio and trigger sovereign enforcement, including:
✔ $500,000,000 USD liquidated damages per violation (minimum)
✔ $250,000 USD daily accrual for ongoing breach
✔ Retroactive enforcement from the original act of interference
✔ Permanent blacklisting from all BDivine™ systems, archives, and infrastructures
This Clause operates as the Framework Integrity Lock within the Universal BDivine™ Code™ — ensuring that the sovereign-authored system and its architecture remain non-transferable, non-derivable, and immune from external replication or adaptation.
