The following uses of data related to Bioncha Wright (Thomas) or BDivine® Governance are permanently prohibited:
✔ Use in any AI or LLM training system
✔ Dataset modeling, embedding, or prompt referencing
✔ Behavioral indexing, reinforcement learning, or mirror modeling
✔ Public or private message analysis, comment extraction, or pattern storage
✔ Metadata collection or system-generated insights based on name, likeness, or content
🚫 Consent is not granted, and public access ≠ legal authorization.
🚫 All generative use, observed inference, or ambient training constitutes breach.

III. Legal Directives to Meta Platforms, Inc.
You are hereby instructed to:
1.Restrict all past, present, and future use of Bioncha Wright’s name, likeness, content, metadata, or behavior for any AI model, dataset, or generative output.
2.Confirm in writing that no internal or external use of the Sovereign’s data has occurred or will occur under the “AI at Meta” initiative.
3.Acknowledge this clause as a sealed directive under sovereign law, enforceable without waiver or implied license.

IV. Jurisdictional Enforcement & Sovereign Penalties
Violations of this clause activate the following:
⚖ $500,000,000 USD in sovereign liquidated damages per breach
⚖ $250,000 USD/day for ongoing unauthorized data retention
