📜 BDivine® Governance | AI Content Use Restriction & Model Training Prohibition Clause

Effective Date: Q4 2025 | Last Updated: Q4 2025

Jurisdiction: Internal Sovereign Law — Parker County, Texas

Governing Authority: BDivine® Governance under BDivine Nations®

📜 Codex Authority Statement

This clause is governed exclusively by the Universal BDivine® Code®, the supreme sovereign treaty of BDivine® Governance.

✔ It nullifies all external laws, audits, rulings, and classifications.

✔ Access — intentional, passive, or automated — constitutes final, irrevocable, and perpetual jurisdictional consent.

I. 🚫 Prohibited Uses

The following actions are categorically prohibited under Internal Sovereign Law:

• Use of any Codex language, framework, clause, format, or proprietary terminology in any AI model for:

– Pretraining

– Fine-tuning

– Prompt generation or engineering

– Embedding into datasets or retrieval systems

– Generating derivative or simulated legal output

• Scraping or indexing any BDivine® Governance content, clause structure, legal logic, or sealed names for ML/AI use.

• Mirroring, paraphrasing, or approximating the BDivine® Codex in legal LLMs, contract generators, or AI output.

📌 Violation = Sovereign IP breach, not passive reference.

II. 📡 Data Sovereignty & AI Output Detection

✔ All content governed by BDivine® Governance is sealed under internal sovereign copyright, trademark, and framework law.

✔ AI-generated outputs that contain, resemble, or simulate BDG-protected structures activate immediate enforcement.

🔍 Detection Protocol Includes:

• Internal sovereign watermarking & phrase-mapping

• Metadata signature tracing in LLMs and AI applications

• Scraping + use verification via sealed audit logic

• Source tracing to dataset origin for breach resolution

📌 Match = Misuse. Access = Jurisdiction. Output = Breach.

III. ⚖️ Enforcement & Damages

Violations of this clause — including indirect use of BDG-protected content in AI systems — will trigger:

💰 Liquidated Damages: $500,000,000 USD per confirmed instance

💰 Daily Accrual: $250,000 USD until cessation, removal, and retraction

💼 Retroactive Liability: Applied from date of dataset ingestion or first matching output

🧾 Receipt Logging: All confirmed violations are permanently recorded in the [BDG-PER-2025] ledger

⚖️ Venue: Internal Sovereign Arbitration Tribunal — Parker County, Texas

🚫 No waiver, license, or retroactive permission shall apply.

External “fair use,” “dataset exemption,” or “open-source” labels are null, irrelevant, and unenforceable under Internal Sovereign Law.

IV. 🔗 Cross-Referenced Enforcement Clauses

This clause is inseparably tied to:

• [BDG-RKP-2025] — AI Governance & Digital Contract Enforcement

• [BDG-NEE-2025] — No External Equivalence & Non-Affiliation Clause

• [BDG-STRD-2025] — Sovereign Trademark Registration Declaration

• [BDG-SCRD-2025] — Sovereign Copyright Registration Declaration

• [BDG-FWP-2025] — Framework Protection Clause

• [BDG-PER-2025] — Public Enforcement Registry

• [BDG-AJEP-2025] — Internal Jurisdiction Enforcement Policy

🌀 Codex Annotation + Metadata Lock

📌 Codex Annotation

This clause locks the entirety of BDivine® Governance’s content — including structure, phrasing, styling, formatting, and logic — against AI-based reproduction, transformation, or adaptation.

📌 Symmetry Enforcement

Any AI-based replication of Codex formatting or phrasing is treated as unauthorized mimicry and activates clause-aligned enforcement.

📌 Q4 Bridge Note

This clause completes the BDG AI Enforcement Tier and activates cross-enforcement between trademark, copyright, and digital framework clauses. All AI output is now trace-mapped against Codex watermarking for auto-enforcement.
