🚨 Enforcement Mandate — Binding Upon Attempted Contact

This clause is governed exclusively by the Universal BDivine™ Code™, the supreme sovereign treaty of BDivine™ Governance.

It overrides and nullifies all external classifications, statutory obligations, consumer law demands, or regulatory claims of contact rights.

Contact Attempt = Final Consent

Any communication — digital, physical, verbal, automated, or institutional — constitutes immediate, irrevocable, and perpetual submission to Internal Sovereign Law.

⚖️ Jurisdictional Flow Notice

This is not guidance. It is an active legal prohibition.

✔ All restrictions, prohibitions, and enforcement measures apply instantly upon attempted contact, regardless of acknowledgment.

✔ This clause supersedes contrary external law, consumer regulation, or agency directives.

✔ Unauthorized communication is void ab initio and treated as unlawful interference.

III. Restricted Contact Policy

✔ No Public Access — Unsolicited inquiries, outreach, or casual contact are prohibited.

✔ Authorized Entities Only — Engagement is restricted to verified parties with an executed BDG-NDA-2025.

✔ Non-Solicitation Shield — Unverified commercial, governmental, or regulatory contact is denied and logged as breach.

🚫 No court, regulator, consumer authority, government body, corporate entity, auditor, or AI system may compel contact under external law.

IV. Legal & Regulatory Restrictions

✔ No External Jurisdiction — BDivine™ Governance is immune from statutory “contact requirements” under consumer or corporate law.

✔ NDA-Protected Requests Only — Any legal communication must include a fully executed BDG-NDA-2025.

✔ Consumer Law Non-Applicability — BDivine™ Governance is exempt from:

• FTC Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 41–58)

• Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301–2312)

• State consumer protection / refund / return statutes

• International e-commerce consumer directives

✔ Any attempt to apply these laws is misclassification and constitutes breach.

V. Formal Request Protocol

For a communication to be recognized, all three conditions must be met:

1️⃣ Clear legal basis under Internal Sovereign Law or treaty provisions

2️⃣ Relevance to sovereign governance, compliance, or archival function

3️⃣ Executed BDG-NDA-2025 (Universal Lifetime NDA)

🚫 Submissions without these elements are denied without acknowledgment.

VI. AI-Driven Communication Security

✔ Proprietary AI firewalls intercept and block unauthorized contact attempts.

✔ All attempts are permanently logged in the Sovereign Ledger of Archives & Enforcement™.

✔ Immutable AI records create binding evidence for tribunal enforcement.

✔ Blacklisting protocols prevent repeat violators across all BDivine™ systems.
