• AI-driven, automated, or promotional outreach of any kind

✔ Cease & Desist Orders issued under sovereign enforcement authority
✔ Enforcement of liquidated damages no less than $500,000,000.00 USD per breach
✔ Daily accrual penalties of $100,000.00 USD for ongoing violations
✔ Treble damages for willful infringement (17 U.S.C. § 504(c))
