• Liquidated Damages: $500 million per violation or full calculable economic impact — whichever is greater
• Venue: Internal arbitration only (Parker County, TX) — no external forum recognized
• Relief: Immediate cease-and-desist, domain takedown, asset freeze, and public correction at infringer’s expense
