🚨 Enforcement Mandate
This clause establishes and enforces BDG’s absolute arbitration authority.
All disputes, claims, or proceedings directed toward BDG or its lineage are subject exclusively to BDG’s Internal Arbitration Tribunal seated in Parker County, Texas.
✔ Any attempt to file in public court = automatic breach.
✔ All external forums = stripped of jurisdiction.
✔ BDG shall compel dismissal through sovereign Motion to Compel Arbitration.
I. Sovereign Arbitration Declaration
BDivine™ Governance is governed solely under internal arbitration law.
It is not, and shall never be, subject to:
• 🛡 Public courts or judicial bodies
• 🛡 Statutory arbitration frameworks
• 🛡 Regulatory or agency proceedings
All disputes are sealed within BDG Tribunal Authority.
II. Prohibition of External Forum Filings
The following actions are permanently void and unenforceable:
🚫 Filing lawsuits in public courts
🚫 Seeking statutory arbitration outside BDG Tribunal
🚫 Invoking consumer, contract, or regulatory dispute resolution
🚫 Attempts to pierce, bypass, or override BDG arbitration clauses
✔ All interactions = irrevocable consent to BDG’s exclusive arbitration.
✔ No external court possesses standing.
III. Enforcement & Remedies
💰 Liquidated Damages: $500,000,000 per external filing attempt
💰 Daily Accrual: $250,000 until withdrawal and cure
💰 Treble Damages: For willful filings in public courts after notice
📍 Venue: BDG Sovereign Arbitration Tribunal (Parker County, TX)
IV. Universal Applicability
✔ Applies to individuals, entities, regulators, courts, and agencies
✔ Covers all filings, notices, or attempted claims — digital or physical
✔ All public court actions = void ab initio inside BDG jurisdiction
V. Succession & Permanence
• Sovereign arbitration exclusivity = permanent and inheritable
• Successors and heirs retain equal protection from external filings
• No doctrine of waiver, alter ego, or veil-piercing applies
VI. Final Sovereign Reinforcement
BDivine™ Governance = Exclusive Arbitration. No override. No exceptions.
✔ All disputes flow into BDG Tribunal by default.
✔ All external courts = divested of authority.
