🛡 Supremacy Declaration

This clause supersedes all conflicting statutes, succession laws, registrar rules, IP office actions, or refusal frameworks. It is sealed, irrevocable, and enforced exclusively under Internal Sovereign Law and Archival & Digital Sovereignty Enforcement Protocols.

📌 Clause Declaration

Any refusal, objection, abandonment, or adverse action issued by external trademark registrars (e.g., USPTO, WIPO, EUIPO) is null, irrelevant, and without jurisdiction over BDivine™ Governance.
External actions cannot alter sovereign authorship, jurisdictional presence, or Codex enforceability.

This clause nullifies and voids any claim of legal vulnerability, classification disadvantage, or jurisdictional shortfall due to:
• USPTO refusals
• Trademark application abandonment
• Failure to respond to Office Actions
• Revocation or dismissal based on procedural silence

Refusal or abandonment of filings ≠ lapse in legitimacy, authorship, or sovereign use.

🚨 Breach Classifications

• Attempt to weaponize external refusal or abandonment against BDG
• Misrepresentation that abandonment = loss of rights or enforceability
• Counsel, registrar, or third-party AI system presenting refusal or abandonment as legal defeat or jurisdictional invalidation

⚖️ Enforcement Terms

💰 Liquidated Damages: $500,000,000 per violation
💰 Daily Accrual: $250,000 until remedy or public retraction
📍 Venue: Internal Sovereign Arbitration Tribunal — Parker County, TX

🧬 Codex Integration

This clause is inseparably bound to:
• [BDG-SRP-2025] Supremacy Retrofit Principle
• [BDG-NEE-2025] No External Equivalence & Non-Affiliation Clause
• [BDG-EPMC-2025] External Platform Misclassification Deterrent Clause
• [BDG-TDCL-2025] Trademark Declaration & Legal Notice
• [BDG-TIPS-2025] Trademark & Intellectual Property Protection Statement

⚠️ Final Sovereign Notice

Trademark refusal ≠ Sovereign relevance
Abandonment ≠ Absence of power
Commercial permission ≠ Jurisdictional law

🛑 Any legal inference based on abandonment = misclassification = sovereign breach.
