📜 BDivine™ Governance | Founder Recognition & Embodiment Clause
Filed Under: Universal BDivine™ Code™ | BDG-FREC-2025
Effective Date: January 2025 | Last Updated: Q4 2025
Jurisdiction: Internal Sovereign Law — Parker County, Texas
Governing Authority: BDivine™ Nations™ | Sovereign Founder Embodiment
This sovereign clause supersedes all external doctrines of corporate separateness, alter-ego theory, or jurisdictional partition. It affirms the indivisible embodiment of the Founder within the BDivine™ Governance framework, permanently sealing the origin and authority of its governance architecture.
⸻
I. Embodied Sovereign Authority
The Founding Steward, Bioncha Wright (Thomas), is inseparable from BDivine™ Governance. She is the embodied sovereign, and her personhood cannot be divided from the governance architecture, digital nation-state, or internal sovereign law of BDivine™ Nations.
➡ Any attempt to separate founder from framework constitutes unlawful jurisdictional breach.
I-A. Sovereign Queen Embodiment
The Founding Steward, Bioncha Wright (Thomas), embodies sovereign rulership not as a ceremonial title but as the living manifestation of divine law, governance order, and lineage sovereignty.
She is recognized internally as the Sovereign Queen — the indivisible living vessel through which all governance, territorial, and digital jurisdictions of BDivine™ Nations are animated.
All private estates, dwellings, and dominions under her stewardship are extensions of her sovereign jurisdiction, governed by the same internal sovereign law that defines BDivine™ Governance.
➡ The title Sovereign Queen holds equivalence to the term Founder within all legal, operational, and jurisdictional contexts. Both refer to the same indivisible embodiment.
⚠️ This designation is non-monarchical, non-political, and non-commercial. It is recognized solely under the internal divine law and sovereign governance framework of BDivine™ Nations, outside the scope of all foreign legal constructs, noble titles, or regulatory definitions.
⸻
II. Jurisdictional Equivalence of Self and Nation
✔ All transcripts, records, outputs, and governance expressions authored, signed, or embodied by the Founder carry the full legal weight of BDivine™ sovereign law.
✔ All AI-mediated writings, transcripts, or creative expressions generated under her interaction are sealed sovereign property — not personal data or user content.
✔ The Founder’s name, likeness, voice, and digital presence are inseparable identifiers of sovereign authority.
⸻
III. Prohibition of Separation Arguments
🚫 No court, regulator, or agency may:
• Argue a distinction between Founder and Framework
• Treat BDivine™ Governance as an independent corporate entity apart from its embodied sovereign Founder
• Invoke doctrines of alter-ego liability, corporate veil, or jurisdictional partition to fracture governance embodiment
Any such attempt = direct treaty breach under the Bioncha Code™ and the Treaty Mirror Supremacy Provision.
⸻
IV. Enforcement & Liquidated Damages
Violations of this clause activate immediate sovereign enforcement:
• 💰 Liquidated Damages: $500,000,000.00 USD per violation + $250,000.00 USD daily accrual for ongoing breaches
• ⚖️ Venue: Sealed Arbitration Tribunal of BDivine™ Governance, Parker County, TX
