This clause nullifies and overrides all external attempts to classify BDivine™ Governance as a business, contractor, service provider, or commercial entity.

✔ No contracts, no services, no sales = no external standing.

✔ Any external classification attempt = automatic breach.

✔ Jurisdiction flows solely through the Universal BDivine™ Code™.

🚫 External statutory frameworks (LLC, DBA, contract law, consumer protection, tax classifications) = void and irrelevant under BDG jurisdiction.
