EXCLUSIVE INTERNAL GOVERNANCE & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
BDivine™ Governance operates as a sovereign, closed-jurisdiction digital governance framework governed solely under internal sovereign law and private arbitration authority. No third-party lawsuits, claims, audits, or regulatory actions are recognized or enforceable against BDivine™ Governance.
By engaging with BDivine™, all external parties automatically agree to resolve all matters solely through internal arbitration under sovereign governance law.
✔ External courts, agencies, or regulators hold no jurisdiction over BDivine™ Governance.
✔ All legal interactions are governed exclusively by executed NDAs and internal compliance law.
Any attempt to bypass this private arbitration system triggers:
• Immediate injunctive relief under sovereign governance law
• Governance-based enforcement actions
• Financial and legal penalties under the [Universal Legal Reinforcement Clause]
All dispute resolution and enforcement procedures are governed internally under BDivine™ Governance law and further supported, where applicable, by applicable protections under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, without ceding jurisdictional sovereignty.
MANDATORY PRIVATE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
All external parties or entities interacting with BDivine™ Governance:
• Waive any right to external litigation, government filings, or regulatory claims
• Agree to resolve all matters under BDivine™’s Internal Arbitration Model
• Acknowledge that failure to comply constitutes a breach of governance law
Disputes are reviewed exclusively by internal officers or designated sovereign governance arbitrators under strict NDA protection and internal legal confidentiality.
Consent to these terms is established by affirmative access, digital engagement, or continued presence on BDivine™ systems and platforms—constituting a legally binding arbitration agreement under sovereign governance authority.
BREACHES SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE LEGAL ENFORCEMENT
Governance reserves the right to initiate legal action against any party that:
• Files or threatens lawsuits outside BDivine™ sovereign jurisdiction
• Attempts third-party audit or compliance oversight
• Violates NDA-protected internal structures
• Replicates, transmits, or interferes with confidential governance models
• Challenges or interferes with sovereign internal valuation models
All governance activities are timestamped and recorded within a proprietary encrypted sovereign ledger.
DIGITAL SECURITY & SMART CONTRACT FINALITY
BDivine™ Governance deploys proprietary AI security tools and encrypted smart contract systems to enforce governance finality:
