All platform shifts — including host migrations, archival transitions, digital framework updates, and sovereign system expansions — remain under the uninterrupted jurisdiction of BDivine™ Governance.
✔ No transfer, update, or transition diminishes sovereignty.
✔ Jurisdiction is perpetual across platforms, servers, and architectures.
✔ Presence continues binding under the Universal BDivine™ Code™, regardless of platform appearance or hosting structure.

All technical and governance transitions are legally aligned to:
