I. SCOPE OF PERMITTED REVIEW
BDivineā¢ Governance operates as a sovereign capital governance framework governed exclusively under internal sovereign law.
External parties, including but not limited to attorneys, economists, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, or regulators, are strictly limited in scope of access and review.
Permitted materials (if provided under executed NDA) are limited to:
ā¢ Universal Lifetime NDA (BDG-NDA-2025)
ā¢ Superflowā¢ Chart (where applicable)
ā¢ Proof of Funds Letter (where applicable)
ā¢ Compliance Summary (where applicable)
No additional access, review, or analysis of internal sovereign frameworks, valuation systems, or governance methodologies is permitted.
II. PROTECTED SOVEREIGN ASSETS & STRUCTURES
The following are fully protected under internal sovereign law and applicable U.S. legal protections, and are expressly excluded from external review:
ā¢ Internal sovereign capital valuation models
ā¢ Sovereign ledger architecture and governance frameworks
ā¢ Operational trust structures and flow methodologies
ā¢ Digital asset systems and proprietary compliance processes
Applicable U.S. statutes include:

III. ENFORCEMENT & JURISDICTION
Presence on or interaction with BDivineā¢ Governance platforms does not imply permission to review, classify, or interpret BDivineā¢ Governanceās sovereign capital governance framework beyond the defined scope.
Violations of this clause will trigger immediate sovereign enforcement, including:
ā¢ Issuance of Cease & Desist Orders
ā¢ Sovereign legal action through internal arbitration
ā¢ Financial penalties subject to enforcement under Replication, Enforcement & Liquidated Damages Clause
ā¢ Permanent blacklisting from all BDivineā¢ Governance platforms
