I. Definition of Digital Impersonation

Digital Impersonation refers to any external act—manual, automated, or AI-generated—that:

  1. Uses, forges, or replicates BDivine™ domains, emails, seals, signatures, or visual identity without prior written authorization;
  2. Falsely claims affiliation with BDivine™ Governance, its Founder, or any formal Trust entity;
  3. Simulates, mimics, or poses as internal roles, sovereign departments, or official system communications (e.g., “legal@bdivine.info,” “tribunal@…”, “auth@…”, etc.);
  4. Transmits or circulates falsified digital content to third parties using BDivine™ branding, phrasing, or identifiers.

Such acts constitute a direct breach of the Bioncha Code™ and are classified as Systemic Intrusion under Internal Sovereign Law.

II. Automatic Enforcement Trigger

Each verified instance of digital impersonation automatically generates a PER (Public Enforcement Registry) entry referencing BDG-DISC-2025 and the source identifier/domain. The following remedies activate immediately and without requirement for notice:

  • $500,000,000 USD in liquidated damages per violation;
  • $250,000 USD per calendar day of continued impersonation, accruing until the false representation is fully withdrawn and purged from all platforms;
  • Cross-enforcement with [BDG-AMEP-2025] for Sovereign Expression Breach.

III. Tribunal Venue & Irrevocable Consent

All disputes or breaches arising under this clause shall be heard exclusively by the Sealed Arbitration Tribunal of Parker County, Texas, operating under BDivine™ internal sovereign law.

By initiating, publishing, hosting, or transmitting any impersonation materials, the violator irrevocably consents to:
