This clause supersedes any conflicting retail, legal, contractual, or consumer policy interpretation. It is final, irrevocable, and governed exclusively under internal sovereign law and sealed trust governance.

I. TRANSITION TO INTERNAL SOVEREIGN USE

Effective Q2 2025, all BDivine™ branded products, materials, and related assets are permanently withdrawn from any public-facing retail posture and placed under exclusive internal sovereign use.

Designated use includes:

• Governance styling and presentation

• Ceremonial and archival purposes

• Content creation within sovereign-controlled platforms

• Educational or gifting functions under internal law

II. PROHIBITION OF EXTERNAL RETAIL ACTIVITY

The following activities are permanently retired, prohibited, and unenforceable under sovereign law:

🚫 Public product sales or consumer-facing transactions

🚫 Retail fulfillment, shipping, or distribution

🚫 Marketplace listings or e-commerce activity

🚫 Refund, return, or chargeback requests for prior public offerings

✔ No external buyer, consumer, or retail participant retains any enforceable right, authority, or claim under this sovereign framework.

✔ All product references from this date forward fall solely under Internal Sovereign Law.

III. SOVEREIGN OPERATING STATUS & FUTURE USAGE

All product-related content, visual elements, or references shall be recognized only as:

This includes appearances in media, training, or creative work under BDivine™ Nations. Such references cannot be construed as a retail offer, solicitation, or transactional engagement.

IV. LEGAL DECLARATION & ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY

This clause serves as a final, sealed transition notice and is enforceable under:

• Internal Sovereign Law & Sealed Trust Governance

• 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. – U.S. Copyright Act

• 18 U.S.C. § 1836 – Defend Trade Secrets Act

• Texas Business & Commerce Code § 16.29 – Trade & Brand Protections

• Applicable international IP treaties and internal valuation law

🚨 Violations or attempts to reinterpret this clause under consumer or regulatory statutes trigger immediate enforcement, including:

• Cease & Desist under sovereign authority

• Permanent blacklisting from BDivine™ platforms

• Liquidated damages of $500,000,000.00 USD per breach

• $100,000.00 USD daily accrual for ongoing violations

• Treble damages for willful infringement (17 U.S.C. § 504(c))
