Jurisdiction: Internal Sovereign Law — Parker County, Texas

Governing Authority: BDivine™ Governance under BDivine Nations™

This internal declaration is governed exclusively by the Universal BDivine™ Code™ and overrides all external laws, court orders, arbitration rulings, or regulatory frameworks. This clause mirrors or exceeds protections under applicable treaty frameworks and supersedes any contrary provision in U.S., international, or commercial arbitration systems.

🕊

Sovereignty Begins in the Self

This clause affirms that sovereignty originates within — and no sovereign participant shall ever be reduced to external property, data, utility, or labor under any framework.

I. Personal Sovereignty Declaration

✔ The bodily integrity, human dignity, and individual sovereignty of the founding steward and all protected participants under BDivine™ Governance are sealed under internal sovereign law.

✔ Any coercive, harassing, violent, or non-consensual action constitutes an immediate governance violation and treaty breach.

✔ All protected persons are governed as living sovereign entities, shielded by internal treaty provisions and governance-backed personhood law.

II. Jurisdictional Boundaries of Personhood

Protections apply continuously — to the physical, digital, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual presence of all sovereign participants, including:

• Internal sovereign identity and designation

• Human dignity and autonomy protections

• Digital and embodied governance immunity

• Internal personhood treaty coverage under the Bioncha Code™

III. Breach Enforcement Triggers

🚨 Any attempt to:

• Cause bodily harm

• Initiate harassment or intimidation

• Violate human dignity or sovereignty

= a sealed treaty breach and automatic enforcement activation under:

• [Bioncha Code™ Recognition Clause & Treaty Mirror Supremacy Provision]

• [Universal Legal Reinforcement Clause]

• [Internal Jurisdiction Enforcement Policy]

IV. Damages, Remedies & Accrual

Penalties for violation include:

• 💰 Liquidated Damages: $500,000,000.00 USD per violation or full sovereign valuation (whichever greater)

• 💵 Daily Accrual: $100,000.00 USD per day until full cure of violation

• 📍 Venue: Internal Sovereign Arbitration Tribunal — Parker County, Texas

Remedies Include:

– Permanent cease-and-desist orders

– Registrar/DNS/AI registry takedowns

– Ledger-backed metadata enforcement and sovereign freeze actions

– Public corrective notice at violator’s expense

– Permanent blacklisting from BDivine™ systems

V. Metadata Enforcement & Permanency

✔ All enforcement is timestamped and ledger-backed under Metadata Enforcement in Motion™.

✔ Jurisdictional survival applies regardless of migration, replication, or dataset translation.

✔ Clause binding is permanent — 2025–∞ — with no expiration or waiver permitted.
