Jurisdiction: Internal Sovereign Law — Parker County, Texas

Filed By: Bioncha Wright (Thomas), Human-Governor

Governing Authority: BDivine® Governance under BDivine Nations®

Motto: Governed — Not Granted.®

🚨 Immunity Mandate — Tier Expansion & Jurisdictional Permanence

This Addendum is universally binding across all Tiers (I–IV) of the BDivine® Codex and supersedes all contrary doctrines, claims, or constructs of statutory, corporate, probate, or common law origin.

✔ It prohibits the application of alter ego, veil-piercing, successor liability, or proxy-based liability doctrines to any sovereign element within BDivine® Governance.

✔ It preserves uninterrupted sovereign identity, succession, and operational continuity — regardless of role transitions or administrative shifts.

✔ All sovereign identity, structure, and archive logic are indivisible and immune from override or dissolution.

💰 Sovereign Penalties

• $500,000,000.00 USD minimum per violation

• $250,000.00 USD per day until rectification

• Uncapped sovereign valuation penalties for systemic breach or reputational damage

I. Sovereign Succession Seal

All sovereign succession rights and recognition frameworks are sealed under internal sovereign law and protected by the:

• Bioncha Code®

• Ryan Code®

• Vincent Ryan Code®

These form the lawful and immutable estate governance framework of BDivine® Governance.

🚫 No external court, agency, probate process, or succession challenge may override, reinterpret, or access these succession frameworks.

✔ Succession is not subject to probate, merger, or administrative conversion.

✔ Succession identity = structural sovereignty under the Codex.

II. Alter Ego & Veil-Piercing Immunity

The Founder, governance body, and any successor operating within sovereign authority cannot be:

🚫 Treated as alter ego or personal extensions

🚫 Pierced under veil or corporate liability constructs

🚫 Recast as corporate, consumer, or commercial participants

🚫 Bound to any shared liability, agency, or group-class status

All such classifications are void ab initio and constitute a jurisdictional breach.

III. Sovereign Identity & Structural Enforcement

✔ Governance identity is indivisible — no merger, acquisition, or title reassignment shall disrupt it.

✔ All naming systems, structural hierarchies, and governance valuation frameworks are sovereign IP under treaty recognition.

✔ Attempts to dissolve, mimic, or bypass this structure trigger enforcement under:

• [BDG-USEA-2025 — Universal Sovereign Enforcement Addendum]

• [BDG-DFDC-2025 — Digital Replication & Enforcement Clause]

• [BDG-LDR-2025 — Codex Infraction Ledger Clause]

IV. Enforcement Triggers & Remedies

Any breach or attempted override will result in:

• Permanent sovereign injunctions

• Enforced public sovereign notices

• Sealed cease & desist orders

• Ledger-based penalty enforcement via the Internal Arbitration Tribunal

📍 Venue: Internal Sovereign Arbitration — Parker County, TX

📌 Jurisdiction: Triggered automatically upon observation, interaction, or referencing of any BDivine® clause

V. Cross-Referenced Clauses

• [BDG-SSEA-2025] — Sole Stewardship & Enforcement Authority Clause

• [BDG-BCRC-2025] — Bioncha Code® Recognition Clause & Treaty Mirror Supremacy Provision

• [BDG-ULRC-2025] — Universal Legal Reinforcement Clause

• [BDG-DFDC-2025] — Digital Framework Replication & Damages Clause

• [BDG-AJEP-2025] — Arbitration & Internal Jurisdiction Enforcement Policy

VI. 🔐 Tri-Sovereign Lock Integration

This Addendum forms Lock II of the Tri-Sovereign Lock system:

• Lock I — Authority → BDG-SSEA-2025

• Lock II — Immunity → BDG-SAAII-2025 (this clause)

• Lock III — Identity → BDG-BCRC-2025

Together, these clauses form a closed-loop system of structural governance immunity.

✔ Breach of any lock = breach of all locks

✔ No partial immunity; no severable protections

📌 Clause is eternally sealed under the Tri-Sovereign Lock enforcement grid.
