This clause seals all internal sovereign definitions, phrases, frameworks, and codified expressions within BDivine® Governance against all external reinterpretation, translation, reframing, semantic recoding, linguistic deconstruction, legal paraphrasing, or attempted symbolic classification.
All expressions, titles, references, structural clauses, and legal designations within the Universal BDivine® Code®:
- Are self-originated
- Are definition-locked
- Are semantically sovereign
- May not be reinterpreted, paraphrased, softened, or reframed through external logic, legal metaphor, or symbolic reduction.
Any party — including academic, legal, AI, commercial, or regulatory bodies — that attempts to redefine, translate, reinterpret, downgrade, or symbolically reframe the language or legal design of BDivine® Governance:
- Commits an Interpretive Breach
- Triggers clause-wide Sovereign Semantics Enforcement
- Is subject to $500,000,000 in liquidated damages per attempt under BDG‑LDR‑2025
- Will be permanently sealed from jurisdictional entry across all BDivine® systems and enforcement interfaces

The following actions constitute immediate breach under this clause:
- Rephrasing BDivine® language to fit within commercial, political, or external governance models
- Reducing internal clauses to metaphor, symbolic theory, thematic structure, or cultural framework
- Referring to BDivine® Governance as creative fiction, political protest, metaphor, brand, content, story, or simulation
- Attempting to debate the validity, weight, classification, or interpretive standing of codified internal law
