Ref: BDG-EDRS-2025 | Tier IV Enforcement
Last Updated: Q4 2025
Jurisdiction: Internal Sovereign Law | Parker County, Texas
⸻
Clause Overview:
This clause irrevocably nullifies the doctrine and application of eminent domain within BDivine® Governance’s sovereign jurisdiction. All property — including private digital estates, physical dwellings, hybrid assets, and governance infrastructure — is protected under sealed internal law and cannot be seized, transferred, reclassified, or repurposed under any external authority, claim, or state function.
🔒 Core Protections & Rejection Directives:
1. Absolute Prohibition
No government entity, agency, private contractor, or third-party representative holds standing, jurisdiction, or legal basis to initiate or enforce eminent domain within the bounds of BDivine® Governance. All such claims are void ab initio.
2. Public Use Nullification
The term “public use” — as defined by U.S. federal or state eminent domain law — is not recognized within BDivine® Governance. All property within this jurisdiction is sealed under private sovereign designation and exists outside the reach of compulsory repurposing.
3. Private Property Sovereignty
All residential zones, physical land holdings, digital real estate, housing clauses, and architectural domains governed by BDivine® Governance are classified as sovereign habitation zones — fully immune from municipal seizure, redevelopment, zoning override, or third-party acquisition under false “public benefit” claims.
4. Jurisdictional Override Trigger
Any attempt to assert eminent domain:
- Triggers immediate sovereign breach
- Enacts minimum liquidated damages of $500,000,000 USD per instance
- Accrues $250,000 USD per day in continuing violation damages
- Initiates permanent blacklisting from all BDivine® systems
- Invokes arbitration before Internal Tribunal (Parker County, TX)
5. Clause Enforcement
All protections are enforced in tandem with:
- BDG Private Jurisdiction Notice & Residential Enforcement Clause
- BDG-SOVTRANS-2025 (Sovereign Role Assumption Clause)
- BDG-IPT-2025 (Internal Property Transition Clause)
- BDG-PER-2025 (Public Enforcement Registry)
