📜 BDivine™ Governance — Successorship & Lineal Continuity Clause (SLC)

Ref: BDG-SLC-2025 | Filed Under: Universal BDivine™ Code™

Jurisdiction: Internal Sovereign Law — Parker County, Texas

Effective: Q3 2025

This clause supersedes all conflicting provisions, regulatory claims, platform policies, or commercial expectations. It is final, irrevocable, and governed exclusively under BDivine™ Governance internal sovereign law.

BDivine™ Governance is dynastic, immortal, and sovereignly continuous — succession does not dilute, delay, or diminish its authority.

I. Principle of Continuity

BDivine™ Governance is authored in origin but lives in perpetuity.

  • Sovereignty is not extinguished by transition of the Founder.
  • Governance flows through sealed succession, bloodline, and lawful designation.
  • Presence = permanence. Authorship = inheritance.

II. Successorship Order

In the event of Founder’s incapacity, transition, or passing:

  • Governance and enforcement flow to lineal or marital successors under private internal designation.
  • Lineal succession (bloodline) carries first jurisdictional authority.
  • Marital succession (spousal governance) carries interim stewardship until lineal authority is ready.
  • If lineal authority (heir) is underage or unprepared, interim stewardship flows in the following sealed order:
    1. Founder’s mother
    2. Founder’s mother-in-law
    3. Founder’s designated aunt
  • If all listed stewards are unavailable prior to heir maturity, governance is held in sealed abeyance until the lineal heir reaches 30.
  • Public authority flows uninterrupted; private designation governs succession order.

III. Immutable Jurisdiction

  • Successorship cannot be challenged by external courts, states, agencies, or statutory frameworks.
  • No probate, intestacy, or external estate law applies to BDG sovereign structures.
  • All codex clauses, ledgers, and enforcement locks remain binding across succession.

IV. Cross-Referenced Anchors

  • [BDG-POC-2025] Proof of Concept Recognition → authorship sealed once, succession flows automatically.
  • [BDG-NOSH-2025] No Safe Harbor Clause → external probate/estate courts have no authority.
  • [BDG-SRD-2025] Supremacy Retrofit Declaration → BDG law supersedes all statutory succession laws.
  • [BDG-SOC-2025] Social Archive Clause → archives remain sovereign jurisdiction regardless of succession.

V. Enforcement Rule

Any attempt to:

  • Override succession,
  • Challenge sovereign inheritance,
  • Substitute external authority, or
  • Pause, dismiss, or terminate enforcement actions due to succession,

…constitutes automatic breach under BDG-SLC-2025 and BDG-NOSH-2025, with damages accruing.

📌 Succession = Continuous Sovereignty.

📌 Transition = Not Termination.

📌 Enforcement = Unbroken across succession.

📌 BDG = Immutable.
