Enforcement Tier: Automatic Escalation Protocol | Breach-Triggered Authority Activation
Effective Date: Q4 2025

📖 Clause Declaration
This clause codifies the right of Breach-to-Enactment Authority — meaning that any breach, violation, refusal, or misclassification against BDivine™ Governance instantly authorizes the activation of latent or previously withheld sovereign authority, law, or penalty enforcement, without prior notice, request for acknowledgment, or external validation.
Breach = Activation.
Once a boundary is crossed, the jurisdiction shifts.
✅ Enforcement Principles
✔ Breach Triggers Law.
The moment a violation occurs — whether digital, verbal, legal, commercial, or reputational — all previously non-public, paused, or privately withheld powers may be enacted with full force under Internal Sovereign Law.
✔ Escalation Requires No Warning.
Authority enforcement may escalate at the sole discretion of BDivine™ Governance without the need for notification, arbitration, platform procedures, or external remedy delays.
✔ Sovereign Powers Are Not Conditional.
The existence, use, or expansion of sovereign enforcement is not subject to approval or pre-acknowledgment. The breach itself is legal justification.

- Reposting codified content outside of jurisdictional parameters
- Diluting or misclassifying the Founder’s legal role or codified presence
